咖喱土豆鸭是我最爱吃的食物之一。

咖喱土豆鸭煮起来是很繁琐的。首先,把肥嫩的鸭子洗干净,这里的难点是得把毛囊里的一根根细细的小杂毛全送上西天,不然在吃的时候,就要忍受鸭皮疙瘩带来的恶心。拔完毛之后,把鸭剁成一块一块,再丢进锅里给它们来一次热水澡,去除鸭肉里的血水,不然咬上去就有一股血喷涌而出,想想看,多恐怖!

肉宝宝们洗完澡后,就可以开始下油锅,依次放入料酒、酱油、八角、桂皮、香叶,老冰糖、水,第一次用大火煮沸,再按照“鱼烧肉滚”的原则,改用文火慢慢熬,等肉有了七八分酥的时候,加入土豆,咖喱,继续煮,直至收汁,一盘黄灿灿、香飘四溢的咖喱土豆鸭就可以新鲜出炉了!

刚出炉的鸭肉呈棕色,夹杂着淡淡的黄,闻上去,既有鸭肉的香,还渗杂着咖喱和土豆的香气息,咬上一口,鸭肉鲜嫩无比,鸭皮好似果冻一般,软弹软弹的,完全没有鸭汤的油腻,也不像烤鸭一样脂肪组织极厚,也不像麻油鸭那么甜。再尝一块土豆,哇!土豆充分吸收了鸭肉的精华,一口咬上去,软烂无比,不像红豆那么沙,也不像芋艿那么淡,美味极了!

吃咖喱土豆鸭时,绝对不能落下鸭头这个顶级美味,鸭脑袋里藏着鲜嫩的鸭舌,咬上去嫩滑爽口,是不可多得的美味。鸭头上的皮很有嚼劲,轻轻一撕就骨肉分离。

鸭头上最美味的部分还是鸭脑。

鸭脑不仅美味,而且能补脑。但这样一种味道与营养并存的好东西,弄起来可不容易:它被坚硬的后脑袋骨严密地保护了起来,但就算如此,也无法动摇我吃鸭脑的决心。有一次,我在啃鸭头时,把筷子插入了我费尽心机在亚后脑勺上开的一个小孔里。想用杠杆原理把鸭头骨撬开,结果筷子断了……

此至,我的口水又快留下来了,咖喱土豆鸭,快到我的碗里来!

2060年,人类的生活越来越快节奏。大家没时间吃惊美的饭菜,尤其是科学家,天天搞科研,根本不方便煮饭做菜。怎么办呢?政府投入大量资金,让科学家研制压缩饭菜。起初,科学家经过多天努力,研制出“压缩食物罐头”,不仅营养丰富,而且价格实惠,照理说这事可以结束了,但跟踪调查发现,人们不知道应该吃多少,导致吃得过饱或因没吃饱导致没有力气去工作,这样,“压缩食物罐头”被打入冷宫。

科学家又研制出“七彩变化糖”,能够变成各种饭菜,可使用次数为100次。但它在变成饭菜的同时,也会变出许多盛食物的盘子,吃完饭菜后盘子还得自己收拾,这引起了许多家庭主妇的不满。科学家只好继续进行研究,历经几个月的时间,(那时因为地球自转减慢,所以一个月等于100天,一年有15个月。)终于研发出来了“七彩复制洁齿糖”,里面含有丰富的维生素和矿物质,和大量的“复制素”,能把维生素和矿物质复制100倍,吃下一颗能维持3天不吃任何东西,只喝水。早上吃还能洁齿呢!

又过了几个月,科学家研制出能变成各种交通工具的“变形果”,节约了出行的开支。

神奇吗?这都是科技发展给人类带来的方便啊!

“就你这样也可以当班长?”

“你吃了这么多粮食,我们怎么办呀!”教室里一片骚动。
