记得20年11月23日，澳大利亚墨尔本世界体操锦标赛上，程菲成功地完成了国际体操联合会以她命名为“程菲跳”。它最大的意义，并不在于许多个“第一”，而在于它重塑了中国女子体操的形象，让世界重新认识了中国女子体操，为祖国争得了荣誉。

然而有问卷调查显示中学生中有不少同学把升国旗当做走形式。有的同学认为唱国歌没感觉，还不如唱流行歌曲带劲。

从中学生课外阅读来看，有35%的同学喜欢爱国题材的影片和图书，另有更多的同学热中于武侠小说以及言情小说。

这说明我们有许多的局限：

第一，当前我们都是“泛90年代”出生的，缺乏忧国忧民的基础。

第二，对于中学生来说，我们的生活圈子小，社会阅历浅，知识面较窄，辨别是非的能力差，容易受腐朽思想影响。

第三，当前，中学生升学压力大，学习任务重，没有较多的时间通过报刊、电视广播等途径获得新的信息，对我国国情和社会主义建设知之甚少。

歌德说过：“我们为祖国服务，也不能采用同一种方式，每个人应该按照资禀，各尽所能。”

所以我们中学生的爱国在细节。

让我们在文化学习中，勇做一个汲峭攀登的人;在业余生活中，敢做一个时间的主宰者;在社会实践中，争当一个活雷锋。

例如积极参加各种志愿者活动。

面对破坏公共财物的行为，我们能站出来坚决制止。

“小孩，你的干什么的?实话说，不然杀了你!”

“我是放羊的嘛，呜呜呜，我是放羊的嘛。”海娃故意装作害怕的样子哭起来。

鬼子看了看这群羊，来了坏主意。他把羊都扣了下来，海娃呢，被逼着给他们赶羊。

天黑了，敌人来到一个小山村。村里找不到一个人，也找不到一颗粮食。鬼子们都饿疯了，就叫黑狗子们去杀羊。一个歪嘴黑狗看中了那头老绵羊，上来就抢。海娃眼看自己心爱的羊被拖走杀掉，恨死了敌人。可他更担心鸡毛信，它就绑在老绵羊的尾巴底下啊!

(laughter) i"m learning that nifty trick where you can charge your mobile phone battery from your chair battery. genius. we are learning from each others" strength and endurance, not against our bodies and our diagnoses, but against a world that exceptionalizes and objectifies us. i really think that this lie that we"ve been sold about disability is the greatest injustice. it makes life hard for us. and that quote, "the only disability in life is a bad attitude," the reason that that"s bullshit is because it"s just not true, because of the social model of disability.

no amount of smiling at a flight of stairs has ever made it turn into a ramp. never. (laughter) (applause) smiling at a television screen isn"t going to make closed captions appear for people who are deaf. no amount of standing in the middle of a bookshop and radiating a positive attitude is going to turn all those books into braille. it"s just not going to happen.

上个世纪八十年代，中国女排创造了“五连胜”的神话。1981年，学校停课、工厂停工，各行各业无一例外地暂停了脚步，只为全民收看一场决赛的直播。报纸的郎平专栏里，有报道说，那个年代工厂女工深受女排精神感动，主动加班超额完成任务。这是怎样的一种正能量?这种永不磨灭的斗志传承了30年仍旧熠熠生辉!

而当时的女排主攻手郎平，是当之无愧的国民女神。为了练习扣球，郎平每天早、中、晚都要各扣300次，练到最后双手都失去了知觉，这样日复一日的苦训才成就了后来的铁榔头。

真是靠着这样的不要命地奋斗，她们终于在最困苦的年代杀出一条血路来。这就是中国女排!也是武僧团学子们正在培养和造就的优秀品质。2010年盛夏，郎平教练一行来到嵩山少林寺武僧团，感受少林禅宗文化内涵的同时，与总教头释延鲁大师进行交流并互赠礼物，这是一次中国体育文化精神传承与融合的里程碑。

在穷顿困苦的年代，顶着东亚病夫的敌意，我们凭一己之力走上世界之巅扬眉吐气，因为女排精神，因为这场奇迹般的胜利，没有亲身经历过的人大概永远无法想象这带给国人的是怎样的振奋和昂扬!这些听来不可思议的事例，是我们父辈们时至今日依然仰头自豪的永恒记忆。相信在不久的将来，中国武术也会传承国人之信仰成为让中国傲立群雄的资本!
