when i need to relax, i often take a warm bath.
i have a very big bath tub at home. when i feel stressed or tired, i will fill the bath with warm water, dim the lights, maybe light some candles, and the slightly submerge into the water, it makes me feel like i am completely cut away from the outside world.
physical or emotional pains, schoolwork, assignment, deadlines, they all seem to go away.
